Privacy policy

PartyVenue provides software to event venues. Each venue is responsible for its clients’ data; PartyVenue processes it on the venue’s behalf.

Account data (name, email, phone, language), booking details, guest lists you add, messages and files you share, and security records (IP, device) used to protect your account and evidence signatures.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

We send messages about your bookings. Marketing messages and SMS are only sent with your consent, and you can change preferences in your account.

You can request account deletion from your account settings. Financial records are kept de-identified where the law requires. Guest contact data is removed after the venue’s retention period.
