Terms of service

Bookings are an agreement between you and the venue. The venue sets its prices and its cancellation, rescheduling and deposit policies, which are shown before you pay and saved with your booking.

Payments are charged on the venue’s Stripe account. Automatic installment payments only run with your explicit authorization. Third-party pay-later options appear only when you are eligible.

PartyVenue provides the software and is not a party to the event contract.
